PitchBucket Terms of Service

Welcome to PitchBucket, a service provided by CodeBucket, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Kentucky-based company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PitchBucket, a software-as-a-service platform that charts baseball pitch ball flight metrics and generates AI-powered narrative reports (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PitchBucket.
• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the Service or its AI-generated content.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@pitchbucket.io of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

• PitchBucket is a subscription-based service billed monthly via Stripe.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice via email or the Service.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Intellectual Property

• We own the Service, including its code, AI algorithms, and generated reports.
• You retain ownership of data you upload (e.g., pitch metrics, comments), but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for commercial purposes.

5. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• We may terminate your access for violating these Terms or non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated reports or service interruptions.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or the Service.
